I'm Marcos
I'm a nomadic coach, music maker, and speaker that's passionate about helping people embody their maximum potential. I've travelled near and far while serving countless clients from the comfort of my phone and now, in 2023, my shared vision of creating a school for coaches has become a reality. My mission is simple; make premium coaching available to everyone by disrupting the status quo.
There seems to be an energetic hierarchy in the coaching industry that is preventing good people with exceptional skills from thriving. Our programs have been designed to make coaching available for anyone and everyone that has a dream, a passion, or a legacy that they are eager to build.
Personally, I have built over 150 programs, worked with thousands of clients, scaled beyond 7 figures, and all the while, experienced the lows that often come when making too much money, too quickly, and without a solid foundation of discipline to manage it all.
When I was at my lowest, I mean low....like dead broke, alone, emotionally suppressed, afraid, anxious, and battling my addictions, I wanted nothing more than to have someone help me get out of my rut. But I couldn't afford to ask for help and I was too proud to admit it.
I registered for an online therapist by downloading the Better Help app, but couldn't afford their incredibly low rate. They'd send me emails offering payment plans and still, I couldn't find the courage to ask someone to help me financially so that I can receive the help I desperately needed.
After a 6 month lull, I finally got out of my own way, pretended to purchase my own programs, and went through the same model that had initially made me successful.
Today, I'm thriving once again and ready to help coaches in similar situations get access to the help they deserve.
